The niacinamide in this made my skin red when I used the mask in the evening, but by the next morning this had faded and my skin looked quite nice. Very glowy. My skin never felt in any way irritated, I just had a slight flushing reaction from the niacin, which is actually a nice topical for your skin. There is a very generous amount of product that comes in each mask—enough to squeeze out and do a hand mask as well (just pull some plastic gloves over your hands). I was a little surprised by the size of the box when I got this in the mail. I attached a picture of it next to my hand so that you can see for yourself.
