Looks very good quality and fits my 7 3/8 head easily. I've used it in 15 F temperatures and 20 mph winds. In these conditions, I wore a mid-weight coat with a quilted hood and wore a hood over a balaclava. This combination turned out to be perfect. This is exactly what I expected from a balaclava of this weight. It keeps my face warm and I expect this combo works well down into the single digits. I noticed that some reviews mention cool air coming in through holes around the mouth. That's true, but not nearly as cold as an open mouth. For a cheap product I think this is a good buy and would buy it again.
