Review on Wusthof Gourmet Point Paring 3 Inch by Angela Santos

Pros: These knives are so sharp you could cut off your fingertip without even feeling it. Pretty incredible. Almost as sharp as a piece of glass. Ideal for cutting fruit, vegetables and fingertips. Cons: Not necessarily BAD, but the grips are very light. I personally prefer the knife handle to be a bit heavier, but that's just my opinion. Ugliness: Okay, $50 for 3 small knives may seem high to many people, but these Germans have been making excellent steel for over 100 years. But WAIT, there's MORE: the main reason we bought these really was because of the curved little knife; IDEAL for peeling apples, pears and thumbs.
