Review on 🔍 CHIO Premium Lens Tool for Scleral & GP Contact Lenses by Morgan Gilmore

I have been wearing scleral lenses for two years. My vision was 20/30 and 20/40 with corneal lenses but with scleral lenses I get 20/20 in one eye and 20/25 in the other. It's worth making changes, but fitting a scleral lens is a real challenge. A scleral lens does not sit on your fingertip like a corneal lens. Occupies two or three fingers or one of the various suction devices available. I usually use a desktop device and the installation process takes about 10 minutes. I bought this portable device in the hope that I could use it to quickly install lenses at airports. This one time now I hope I can use it to fit lenses every day now. First time works. Quick and easy, less than a minute per lens, no guesswork or bubbles. It forms a nice dorsal arch in the index finger and holds the scleral lens with a small cup. Its use is almost like the old one-finger setup that worked so well for corneal lenses. I haven't tried it for removing lenses, but it's a problem solved anyway. I am excited to discover this fast, positive and well-controlled method of scleral lens placement.
