Review on 🛁 Ultimate Comfort and Style: PARADOR Length Hooded Bathrobe Turkish by David Burns

I recently ordered a hooded version of this bathrobe for myself and thought it was an amazing price - I ordered size M and it was only a little thinner than I expected but otherwise it was thick, heavy and warm - just what I wanted. plus quite long, reaching me just a few inches above my ankle. Not a luxury robe but the discounted price is $39.99 so I gave it 5 stars. M) - and my first thought was oh oh - it won't fit him, but this version is much larger in girth than the one I bought for myself. I've tried it on myself and it's a lot roomier than mine - lots of overlap. It ended up fitting him very well and I'm sure it would fit a much larger man (or woman) as well, but for a slim or petite woman it would be quite bulky and cumbersome. My husband is 5ft 7in, weighs about 170lbs and is a few inches below the knee. I ordered this in a deep dark espresso. The bathrobe looks and feels fantastic and my husband is very happy with it and he especially appreciates the hood. Although the price is usually much higher, it sold for $39.99 - definitely a 5 star product in my opinion. So why does this review only show 2 Well I loved the robe and hood so much I ordered another one. The espresso color was no longer available so I ordered it in the mocha color and when it arrived it looked great, seemed to be the same quality. However, when I opened it up to try it on it seemed lighter and upon closer inspection it looked like the fabric was scattered in tiny holes with a few larger ones near the seams. small transparent areas as well as larger stains near the pockets. There were some very obvious large "purlins" inside the garment, and these weren't just stretched threads - there were bald spots about 1/2 inch wide and 6-8 inches long - one was T-shaped. This robe is just awful - worth 0 stars. I don't understand the negative reviews on this or any other robe. Unfortunately I got it now! I'm sure all the positive feedback comes from customers who have received a bathrobe of the same quality as I got when I first ordered it. If you receive one of these bathrobes, you will definitely be very happy! I have already ordered another one in the same color - I should have tried a different color but only ivory and rust colors were available at the promotional price. Anyway, this robe is back. I hope my experience is just an anomaly and doesn't reflect a whole load of inferior robes. I will come back and update this review with my findings. Update: There were no problems with the return. I don't return items very often, but when necessary Revain seems to deal with it fairly and efficiently. The replacement coat (same size/color/style) was indeed of much better quality than the one I returned. But it still doesn't compare to the one I originally bought for my husband in terms of fabric quality - there are no holes or flaws, and it's heavy, but not as heavy and snug as his and not as pretty as his my age. Robe (I've had one for about 12 years - maybe they just don't make them the way they used to. I really think it's worth the price I paid (on sale for $39.99), although I Wouldn't pay more than that and definitely not at list price.Having only had it for a few weeks I can't comment on the longevity of the product.It's nice to see the company is listening to the comments and willing to support theirs products and I will definitely send them the information they have requested so they can investigate the issue I am reporting If I had received this robe at all I would have rated it about 3 stars (and my husband still has 5!) , so I'd probably give it four stars overall, but since there seems to be some variability across the product line, I'm just increasing from two stars to three this time.
