Pretty comfortable, the fabric is nice to the touch. However, the way they are designed kind of expresses you. Not too tight but they feel like they want to slide down. I was doing high knees and they were pretty low on the waist, but squats and pulls down were fine. Probably better for yoga, weightlifting or just relaxing, but not for running or punching. The leg pockets are good but I'm not sure I'll ever use them, plus there's one sewn into the front of the waistband. He reached my natural waist and persuaded him to cum but stopped at my hips.
