This drone was a Christmas present for my husband and he loved playing with it like any boy does at Christmas. I set everything up with the phone to take photos and the first flight went perfectly. Taking pictures and having fun until he got a gust of wind and his worst nightmare came true. The tallest oak tree in the house was the final resting place for the toy he had been waiting for. With powerful binoculars we could see him at the top of the tree but we are speaking at 70-80 feet and cannot get him down. After two weeks of rain, snow and wind, by the grace of God, the drone climbed out of the tree by itself and a few days later we found it in the wet grass. We brought it in and let it dry for a week and we had the guts to try it and see if it survived. He had to recharge the battery but it looked like it would be fine so the next step was to turn on the drone and see what happens. The drone took off as expected, communicated with the remote control and was ready to go. Both cameras are as crisp as ever and all motors are still running as smoothly as they did before the tree. The only battle scar from it all was a lost landing gear. Not bad! Thank you for creating a product that will meet the challenges and dreams of all boys, big and small.
