Review on 📐 Knape Vogt 8405P-10 10-Inch by Kevin Mariappan

I installed 3 different brands of side rails for soft close drawers. A 16-inch Lowes TV in one bathroom, two 18-inch Home Depot TVs in another bathroom, and ten 22-inch Knape & Vogt discs purchased from Revain in the kitchen. Knape & Vogt slid more gently and opened with less effort than the others, followed by Lowes in second and Home Depot in third. I used a Kreg drawer slide purchased from Lowes which made installation very easy with a few caveats. I always measured the front and back of the track from the top or bottom of the cabinet after installation to make sure it was perfectly level. Most of the time I had to make adjustments. If it deviates more than 1/16 inch, it may run unevenly. Most of the time, when using the Kreg jig, the slides on the drawer were also slightly misaligned and needed adjustment. Having learned a bit in the process, I would definitely recommend paying the extra money and buying Knape & Vogt.
