This bag is made of soft fabric and if not full it will collapse when lowered. I don't see that as a problem. It's bright when it's empty ;-) and I love the colors! I bought it because of the height of the main compartment. It fits in my purse with some money π CC cards and lots of other essentials π I also like the variety of pockets available
