Simply THE best cloud-based phone system ever made
The overall customer service, ease of use from setting up to using (or managing) devices & applications such as Skype for Business/Office 365 or Teams can not be beat! I would highly recommend this product if you are looking into voice over IP solutions in an office environment with remote employees! There is nothing that we dislike about their products but maybe more could have been done towards customization options beyond what comes preinstalled by default when seting it all out initially - perhaps some additional packages need added onto existing plans? However any price increase should reflect adding those extra features rather than just "raising rates" which may make customers feel like they're being nickeled / ripped off unnecessarily without actually raising prices across board instead.. Voice conferencing has never before looked so easy even via mobile device apps now!!
