The item first arrived with a slightly loose spinner section and the 2 ball bearings inside came out when I lifted it. I managed to find them, put them back on the device and tightened the screw on the bottom which solved the problem. I wanted this device to fit all of my pens, markers, pencils etc on my desk, which most of the time does, but the center/main section is so deep that my pens and markers sank below the top line causing them to fall Hard to get fish when I needed them. I ended up cutting an old t-shirt and glued the bottom to the center panel and one of the other side panels to minimize depth and now it works the way I want it to. Spins well and looks good on the table. If you want it to be longer than handles it's probably really good, but if you want it to be mostly for handles you might be disappointed if you don't change it up a bit like I did.
