If you believe it will ever look like the photo.
It was shrink wrapped and no matter how hard I tried to fluff and shape it it still looks terrible. This photo is after 15 minutes of fumbling. As far as orthopedics go, no way as there may be a bit of plastic floss on the bottom. The same with the side walls. You can really feel the little balls of polyester wadding that are "here and there". Not enough pounding all over the bed. Very disappointed.
