Review on Enhanced Flying Capacity Installation for Royal Oak by Kevin Shimmens

We bought this for our two grandchildren aged 6 and 8 to plant in our large maple tree. The assembly went well and we were able to adjust it to the correct height. This is a beautiful swing - so colorful and strong! We bought it with the recommended Royal Oak wood/pole straps and got a 5% discount on the total. During assembly I noticed a small defect on one of the swing cords that bothered me, but I immediately emailed Royal Oak and sent photos of the defect - they were quick to respond, apologized and promptly (free of charge) sent a new cord for replacement . From this letter I learned that this is a small friendly family business in the USA that I am happy to support. I could buy a similar one from Sam's Club for a lower price (and probably made overseas) but I'm not sure I'd get good customer support if needed. I recommend this product and this company!
