Vornado Fans Last Longer Than Any Other

I've always loved Vornado Fans and have had several of them in my life. I bought this little guy when the Honeywell fan I was using in my bathroom (there is no vent or fan) failed after about a year. It just didn't work anymore. I have found the Vornados to be of a much higher quality than any other fan I have purchased. They serve forever. I'm not sure if this tiny fan can actually spread air up to 20 feet as stated in the product description when I bought it. It's very small, and even at high settings I think 10ft might be a more accurate estimate. The medium sized Vornado I owned had 3 speed settings, but this one is only high and low. I chose this one because its smaller size makes it easier for me to hide it in the limited space in my bathroom. I like the adjustable tilt that allows me to point it straight ahead, directly below, directly above, or anywhere in between. I've been using it for almost a year and it's been non-stop all this time. It shows no signs of slowing down and never warms up. I wash it every two months when it starts collecting dust. Removing the grille is pretty easy. There are 4 screws in the case, when unscrewing them, the cover is immediately removed. I just wipe the blades and body with a damp cloth. I spray some WD-40 on the moving parts and that's it. I have full confidence that this Vornado will last and will update this review if it ever fails. I'm very good at cleaning and maintaining my fans, which is why Honeywell didn't die from being clogged with dust. I think it just burned down and wasn't built to last. That made me believe strongly in the Vornado brand.
