Great Carving Knife Set - Updated Review - Not Just for Beginners

Great knife set for beginners. Like all knives, they need to be sharpened before they are used for the first time. The carbon steel blades sharpen very well and hold the edge well. The handles are comfortable to hold. A nice leather case and strap will help you get started right away. Updated Review: After using these knives for a few months and switching to more expensive knives, I'm going back to Beaver Craft knives. Sharpened correctly on the belt, these knives are terribly sharp and are in no way inferior to more expensive knives in terms of quality.
