Missing parts/no instructions.
Appearance. It's not the easiest thing, but a lot harder without instructions and all the details you need to get the job done. I was able to find some videos online and figured out how to do it, but it would be nice to have some key details to complete the job. My new screen was missing adhesive strips to attach it. Some of the required tools were also "missing". Everything was fine in the end, but the annoying thing is that I just finished the repair and I still have to figure out how to attach the screen myself. Seriously, no instructions and no tape? WTF?
