This watch isn't worth the $20 you're going to spend. First, radio is harder to understand than a bank vault combination! Getting music to play should NEVER be that difficult. And forget about going to bed with music. The lowest volume setting is very loud! Second, the color temperature of the light is oddly artificial and unnerving. Even in soft-glow mode, it does not relax and cause tension. But if you somehow don't mind the soft-glow setting, don't get used to it, because the soft-glow setting is only available in basic yellow. All other colors only have one intensity setting, and that setting is harsh, bright, intrusive, and headache-inducing. Thirdly, the alarm function is just as limited as the light function and just as difficult to use as the music function. . Oh, and if you love music, don't think you'll actually wake up to music with this alarm clock. Not this alarm clock. And worst of all, you'll probably want to buy this watch because like me you want a gradual sunrise simulation, but guess what, that would be a no too! This watch does not simulate a slow, gradual sunrise. Rather, it mimics that moment when you abruptly take off your sunglasses at midday and the light just flashes fast and furiously on your face. Sunrise is less than 10 seconds! If all of this seems awful to you, it's because it is. If you want an easy to use sunrise alarm clock that wakes you up quietly and gradually and gives you radio and sleep timer functions, spend the extra money and buy the Philips brand. You can set the duration (sunrise and sunset sleep timer) in different settings with the Philips brand. The Philips brand mimics the gentle wake-up you're looking for, so they really are worth the money you're spending. These watches are not worth the small amount of money you spend on them. Save yourself the hassle of throwing it away and don't buy it in the first place.
