Can't complain. It's convenient to have two phones instead of one. I would change four things on this phone: 1. I would allow the second base to have a "pager" button. A lot of times we can't find phones and I don't like going downstairs to find phones.2. I would backlight the keyboard for better functionality in the dark.3. I would allow the time to be displayed even if there is a message. Too many times the Meow Message icon pops up on the screen when I just want to know the time. (I'm not a big user of autoresponders in general, although I appreciate them.) 4. I'd have more ringtones available (trivial). A few words on the claims: the battery life seems very long, although I've never measured it. I also compare it to the phones we had before. They had proprietary batteries that failed to hold a charge after two years. The range is excellent, as is the sound quality. This thing works three or four houses down (although it does drain the battery a bit). I tried. WiFi doesn't bother. I'm not sure you can do anything better than this for phones. Why would you buy another one?
