Product performance was purchased on a recently purchased Lenovo X1 tablet. The USB 3 interface of the device works well with the tablet. However, when connected to the included USB-C adapter, the tablet does not recognize it. At the suggestion of the support service, I reflashed the latest firmware and device drivers for the tablet. After all the updates, it still doesn't recognize a device with a USB-C adapter. Finally, I tested a device with a USB-C adapter on a Macbook Pro and it worked. In the end, after further testing and configuration changes, a device with a USB-C adapter still doesn't work with my tablet. Enough time has been spent on testing. I agree to the device only with a working USB 3 interface for my tablet. The outstanding support service deserves special mention. They are very helpful, patient and responsive throughout the process.
