Yes, our kitchen floor is becoming ugly. And I usually throw away my mop and bucket, Pinesol, and yell at everyone who walks by for leaving footprints. No longer. From raisins to dried coffee splatters, this thing quickly took care of any bits stuck on our kitchen floors. I will never return. Assembly is easy. Put a few parts together and you're done. Fill it with water, place it on the mop, turn it on, turn on the power, wait about 20 seconds and you'll get scalding hot steam. Well! It was very easy to remove dried liquids. Other things that stuck, like sticky bits of food, needed to be wiped off with a mop for a few seconds and then came off easily. When I was done, I ripped off the mop head, threw it in the washing machine, dumped out the remaining water and hung it clean and tidy. My floors afterwards were perfect. My ONLY criticisms are minor: the Max water line is designed for vertical installation, but we fill it *horizontally*. It takes a little guesswork to get it right the first time, but after that you'll remember what a complete mop actually looks like when laid out. Also, I want the PLUG to have a claw when it rotates from behind to cling to itself. This would make stacking the device much neater. These are finicky though, and maybe another revision will be released with some fixes. Overall I am very happy with my purchase.
