Review on Black XG Lady House Gaming Headset with Mic and Charge Case by Jose Guevara

It's light and has fans but the fan seems to hit something. I'm not sure I could use it unless it was basically a recovery for my docked laptop. The question I also asked is "Anyone else have a constant ticking fan noise?" How can I contact the company about this? I believe a 1 star rating that I can change later is the easiest way. ***Edit: After a week or two, anything that's ever bumped into something else (probably a fan blade) and making a ticking noise is probably worn enough to not make a noise, so it's pretty quiet now. However, 1 or 2 stars is probably appropriate, and I believe that 1 star will draw more attention to both the review and the issue. so i go
