Doesn't curl the lashes. Bad formula.
Disappointed with the last tube. You changed the formula and there is not enough gel in the tube. I have used the previous 3 tubes and could actually see the gel on the brush but not with this one. I noticed that my old pipe was made in Austria and this new one was made in the USA. It was a waste of money. I do not recommend.
