MHXDU Men's Running Shoes Lightweight Breathable Tennis Shoes Outdoor Walking Fitness Sneaker Bought this for my son as he has been running like water in shoes lately. So far I'm pretty disappointed. but it weighs 12 ounces per boot. this is the same as other shoes we own. What does this lightweight do? The biggest problem I have are the soles. The main purpose of shoes is to walk and have a good footing. The sole of this pair is very smooth and slippery even to the touch. I ran my hand/fingers over it and it looked like plastic to me. Only the front has grooves. My son has this on and he can slide across our hard floor like he's wearing socks. terrible design. the upper part of the shoe is ok. What is in the picture is all we could see. Because the sole makes the shoe. I can only give 2 stars here. I would not recommend wearing this pair for safety reasons.
