Best Tongue Brush I've Tried. No toothbrush can keep up and the scrapers are simply too rough/painful. The original TUNG brush is great for removing large bacteria, dirt, nasal discharge and discoloration. If I don't use it for a while, I have a strong feeling that the bad taste will remain. I only received a tiny sample of the TUNG paste, but remember it's better than regular toothpaste (use it if you don't have TUNG though). proprietary paste). Personally, I mix some mouthwash with a small amount (no more than 1/4 cap of peroxide), rinse out my mouth, leaving just enough liquid on my tongue to saturate the TUNG brush, and move back and forth in motions, which are most effective for pulling up and removing all the dirt. Rinse the brush 2-3 times in HOT water to remove everything. Finally, I wash the brush with hot, soapy water before storing it away. Also, I've learned the hard way to be careful as the specially designed hard, tight and short bristles can cause bleeding if overpowered. Keep in mind that this isn't a toothbrush so it will require a lot less pressure and you should be fine. Your tongue, taste buds and breath will thank you! Luckily I NEVER had bad breath, but now that I have the TUNG brush and can feel the difference, I will never be without it again!
