I bought this because I squashed a bug on my monitor and the bug left a residual stain right in the middle of the monitor. The wipes were in a sealed pouch in the container. It was a little difficult to open the lid and open the bag. The wipes were damp and there was some solution at the bottom of the bag. Getting rid of the error took me about 2 swipes and a few passes over it. I wiped off excess liquid with a microfiber cloth. Didn't leave a stain or streaks. So it works fine.
