Disappointingly good for kitchen utensils and gadgets
Very elegant looks but it's a VERY INEFFICIENT knife. Carrot skins get stuck in the blade all the time and you have to keep stopping to wipe the blade before it gets clean again. Whoever designed this peeler didn't waste time peeling carrots. I prefer cleaning efficiency to ergonomics and buy a simple, old-fashioned cleaning machine because it works!
