Don't lie down.

It does NOT stay in place. I bought to cover my peeling "leather" sofa but every time someone sits on it it comes off the top. I bought sections and 2 different sizes (one for the longer side, one for the shorter side/casual side) and the elastic has nowhere to go. I think it would be better if the elastic straps ran behind and under the sofa to stay in place. And the styrofoam inserts are also pure waste. Maybe good for couch animals but not for family and everyday use. Looks nice when you're not sitting on it.
