I bought this product and after 28 days it was defective. Well obviously it's not the seller's fault. I called Memorex for the RMA number and sent the product back. My tracking number says they received it from a warehouse in Texas. Six weeks and six phone calls later they finally admit they must have it (because I had proof) but couldn't find it. After many contradictions they finally sent a replacement. I sent them a 28 day old product in the original packaging with extra faceplates and USB cable. I received a refurbished product (I don't mind as it needed to be tested) with no bezels and no USB cable. My problem is that I am not getting back the same type of shipments that I sent. Apparently this is their way of letting me know that their company lacks customer service. So buy with caution. It is difficult to replace a defective product and it is unknown what you will get in return.
