This is really well designed and made. I like that it's smaller and lighter and can be used to train for faster MMA styles and fights. It's not your heavy bag you just slap and hug. It's lightweight and can be hammered over and over again without tiring you out too quickly. The gloves are small as they are designed for ages 2-5 but I think an older child using their own gloves could be put to good use. this if you're training for the quick, fast punches you often see in MMA fights. This is not a professional training set but not priced like a professional training set so I would give it four stars based on the price and quality of the set. But I would caution you not to rely on the gloves provided unless you are lucky with the size.
