I put them in paper lanterns on my porch for Halloween. I thought the intensity was not enough for the lights inside. I put a second in each lantern. When I put them in they were very bright and illuminated the entire lantern. It didn't take more than an hour and the lights returned to the dim state they were in before I inserted the second wand. At first I couldn't tell how bright they were because it wasn't quite dark when I put them in the light. I'm giving away Trick or Treaters glowsticks that I bought elsewhere. They were brighter and lasted longer than the supposedly long-lived ones. They were EVERYWHERE near the high price I paid for these clothes. So disappointed.
