Fit as expected? They fit more like I wanted them to! I'm tall and they fit well (rarely with pajamas!) Fabric still very comfortable after a few months. My only complaint is the same as with every other pair I've ever bought - after a few washes the piping around the buttons and buttonholes became uncomfortably tangled. I taped it on this time Hem undone that appears to make the paneling flat and comfortable.
