So when I was trying to find drivers to keep this thing from crashing my computer with the latest Windows 10 update, I found that it was an Asmedia 1142, not a 2142. I don't know what that means, but I find it misleading and confusing. Definitely look at the station drivers (French site) and you can find a utility that will change the firmware and turn off the power management that seems to stop the blue screens.
