Helps brown what you bake in the oven.

Made chicken wings with egg mix and spicy panko. The tenders are well tanned. Lost a star because the woman grilled a ham steak with a set. The melted fat rolled into the pan (okay). Unfortunately, the frying pan is deformed. On the plus side, we placed the pan on a flat surface (stovetop) and it flattened out as it cooled. Do not use a frying set.
