Review on Titanium Chopsticks With Aluminium Case - Grey | FinessCity by Christine Noland

Watch out for reviewers, verify info.

The product is good. It does what it claims. Overall finish is nice as well. The reason I’m writing this review is to address other reviews. Some are claiming this product is not high quality but in reality is bad quality. They are claiming that there are metallic lines left in certain dish ware. There is also a concern of said metallic bits being ingested.Assuming the dish ware is porcelain (certain details hinted at the possibility) it would make sense that the titanium is being scraped off. Porcelain has a hardness of 7 (Mohs) while titanium has a hardness of 6. That means titanium can be scratched by anything above its hardness, aka porcelain.Titanium is also fully biocompatible. Meaning it is non-toxic and safe for the human body. It is literally used as body part replacements because it is so safe. Many common frosting/icing contain titanium for coloring. So getting those metal bits in your food should not harm you.I am by no means an expert in either subject, I simply did a quick google search from reputable sources. I almost didn’t buy these chopsticks because of reviews claiming they are unsafe and of lower quality. So I did my research. In the end I’m happy I bought them.TLDR:Do your own research. Take every review with a grain of salt (including this one). Overall good product.
