I did not open the packaging because I wanted to. When I tried to remove the tape holding the 3 packs together (I was careful) it ripped off the pack so I had to use it. I wanted to use later as the other traps hadn't expired yet. Also, the protective cover was very difficult to remove as it stuck to the paper more like glue and the glue came off with the protective cover. Trust me I know how to remove the protective cover. I have used many other moth traps and have NEVER had this problem. This is unacceptable as it is more expensive than others I have used. If the seller tries to accuse me of not knowing how to remove the sticker, then he is being unprofessional. I think even an idiot knows how to remove it. Basically I spent a lot of money on this crappy product.
