Less than six weeks lifespan. For example, one installed on January 22, '15 failed on March 5, '15. It was installed with great care to avoid skin or other oil stains coming in contact with the lamp. I stopped buying Feit CFL EcoBulbs because they also have a short lifespan. I thought xenon bulbs would be more reliable, but they aren't. Update: A lamp installed on 3/5/15 failed on 4/21/15. Here, too, the setup wore clean disposable gloves. The average life expectancy is only six weeks. The original lamp still burns strongly, but I cannot determine its maker. I checked the voltage at the point of failure and it was normal, there were no problems with it. I will no longer buy these Feit lamps or any other Feit lamps.
