I love this product. I have curly hair but my roots were starting to straighten and I couldn't figure out why. It turned out to be a design issue. I have applied creams, gels, oils and the like to my hair but have not cleaned my hair properly. My roots, which didn't need as much product, held all that heavy stuff (it doesn't help that my hair is low porosity). This product helps me start a new life when I apply the product to my hair. I also pay less attention to my roots and focus more on my goals! It came to me with the cap slightly unscrewed, so I had the shampoo out of the box, bag, bottle, and myself. Bummer: / I figured things like that were supposed to have a security seal?
