Easy to scratch but effective
Like all pistols, they're overpriced, but they reduce glare from the sun. Scratches easily despite the coating's advertised marketing name. A one off trip and these are already scratched but I have hunting guns not show guns so don't cry about it. Just disappointed that they aren't as scratch resistant as the marketing department suggests. However, all my photographic lenses and scopes come with lens hoods, also known as sun hoods in scope terminology.
