Five stars for M, 1 star for S - I initially ordered the small size based on the size chart and size reviews and online Q&A. Our Toy Poodle has a 12" neck, 17" chest. Small says it fits 12-14" necks and 16-20" chests. It seemed like Small was perfect. Reviews said the clothes were "big". In my experience, that's bad information. The small size suffocated her and it was tight around her body. It can't be big, and it can't even be close to her. Conclusion: The size table is simply wrong. Get the next size up. Don't believe those who say clothes are too big. We sent the small one back and ordered the medium one again. The medium suits her. She's a little big, but it's way better than choking her and squeezing her like a pink sausage. So if you are the right size, these dresses are very good. Our Miniature Poodle does his morning workout in this hoodie and promises to get in fighting shape. By the way, her name is "Princess" and she demanded that we buy her a sweatshirt with her name on it. (We didn't name her. We took her and kept her name "as is" to minimize disruption to her life. But it turned out to be the perfect name.) So it is the boss happy now.
