Review on TalentGuard by Anthony Cornelius

I like that you can easily upload your resume into their system for free. You have all of your information stored there so it's nice not having to keep multiple copies around. It makes me feel more secure knowing my info is safe and secure online instead of just printing out resumes and handing them off at networking events or job interviews. There are some things about Talent Guard that could be improved upon. For example, when searching resumes you don't get much help from the search bar. If you're looking for specific keywords within the resume then this isn't really helpful. Also, sometimes if you click submit (to send your resume) it doesn't seem to actually go through. Maybe they need work on those features but other than that it works great! Keeping track of all of my applications has been made easier because everything is kept together in one.
