like; Large, easy-to-clean, uncluttered controls. I do not like it; unevenly dehydrated veggies no matter how many times you turn the trays, which I hoped I didn't have to do. The first try was awful, half the veggies weren't dehydrated at all and the others were browned, resulting in uneven temperatures throughout the unit. I had to throw away the first batch. Next morning I tried again, same veggies, green beans, peas, carrots, corn, all about the same size except green beans. I tried a lower temperature and changed the bowls every 2 hours, the same thing happened, some didn't get dehydrated and others started to look cooked. I've never had this problem with my tried and true stackable round model. I was very upset as I was hoping this would be my dream dehydrator at a reasonable price. I have initiated a return of this dehydrator and have ordered additional bowls for my round model and am using it until it fails.
