I like that we can send out notifications to all of our clients at once, which helps keep them in the loop when they have not been communicating very much with us lately. We do get some pushback from people who are mad about receiving too many emails or texts but it's worth taking time out to explain to them why this is important and what benefits it will bring their business. It also takes away a lot of stress off my shoulders knowing that someone else is handling communications. The platform itself isn't overly complicated so there really aren't any negative things I could say about the product as far as functionality goes. If you're looking for something quick and easy then this might be good for you since everything needs to go through one person before getting approved by management anyway. Notifications about pickups went straight into the trash without needing me to take action myself first. Our customers love being able to check up on where their garbage bins are online.
