Wear them every day
I have a few of these. I wear them mostly for work. I’m in the sun for long periods of time and helps keep the sun directly off my skin. I wore them to the gym a few times and have no complaints. They’re super lightweight, comfortable & stretchy. They even hold up in the washer/dryer.
