At first the assembly instructions were missing. It wasn't exactly missing, but the photocopy of what the instructions should be was off center so I could see what "Step 1" of assembly was, but nothing else. It wasn't hard to figure out where all the components went. I was very surprised to see what was under the pillow. The frame of the chair is made up of a bunch of metal tubes and these thick plastic bags that the stuff is packed in. Yes, you read it right. They used the packaging material as a support for the chair. I realize this is a relatively cheap chair, but honestly I didn't think it was worth half the asking price.
