The base of the unit has three holes through which screws or nuts and bolts can be placed. The rest of the device has to rotate to provide different viewing angles. Unfortunately, this part of the device also has three holes that should theoretically line up with the base. But that's not the case. To install this thing I need to drill holes through all three holes on the top of the unit to line up with the base. And after that, and if the block continues to be attached to the body, then the ability to rotate the block is lost. Somewhere between the device's design and its manufacture, the final product was compromised by a clumsy fool. Don't waste money.
