This laptop is great for casual gaming and generally works great so far, but unfortunately my computer's audio jack is broken. I tried to fix the problem but ended up with the audio jack just not working properly which was a big disappointment. I didn't see anyone complaining about this in the comments so I guess I was just wrong but the laptop seems to be running well overall at the moment but for a laptop in this price range you would expect everything to work correct. UPDATE: After two weeks of this audio jack issue, I had it out of the blue from the start and haven't had a similar issue since, so I suspect it was a driver issue. I've been waiting at least 30 days to update this so let's get started. The specs on this laptop are pretty decent and the RAM card is upgradable which is great but apparently there is no SSD but I bought an external one and it works fine so no complaints. I love the size of this thing and how bulky it seems but I'm still sure if you drop it it will break even though it says military grade so you don't want it falling to the ground. . Software wise, I had an issue with explorer.exe starting very slowly, which was difficult to deal with. To be honest it could be due to specific software I have installed but I haven't been able to fully confirm this. Everything is working fine at the moment, but it seems fragile from a software point of view. In terms of gaming it's pretty damn good, runs GTA, GOW, Apex and other games like a charm and it's also ready for VR which I use a lot. I would highly recommend this laptop if you only need it for gaming, but if you want to do other things with it like the creative things I use it for, I still recommend it, but I really hope you don't lose out get carried away by many technical things. like me that are fixable but very annoying. Please note when purchasing that I have an Intel Core i5 processor version and a lot of the bad reviews I've seen are for the Ryzen processor version, so I don't know if it has anything to do with it, but the experience can may vary depending on the experience you choose to have. Personally I prefer an Intel processor because my last PC with a Ryzen processor was horrible, but yours may be different.
