When peeling, I prefer 100% stainless steel because plastic handles break. I have a few from The Pampered Chef that have served me well for many years but need replacing. I bought these and will never buy another brand again. From the sturdy handle to easy cleaning. This is just a dream! The sweet potato is luscious and usually needs to be beaten almost every pass (laughs). Next. Holy cow it takes a little pressure to do this and they peel with such ease. I'm sold!
