Review on Optimized Searchable Replacement Head for Joy Mangano's White Miracle Mop by Terence Vaz

This is the second replacement mop I have had to buy. The plastic ring that holds the braids together keeps breaking. very flimsy design. Why do I have to change my mop head every few months? ? I've posted this question in several places but can't get an answer or suggestions. I love the actual idea of a pivoting compression mop and the fact that I can wash the mop head every time, but this design flaw is a killer recommendation.
