I like that it's easy for anyone with basic technical skills (like me) to understand how this product works, what needs improvement and why we should continue using their tools next business day! There are other programs out there which have similar functionality but they require more advanced knowledge of coding languages - so you'd need someone who understands programming languages such as C# or Java. It helps us detect potentially malicious files much faster than previous methods used by our IT security department. So far no issues at all - just keep up-to date with new releases every month or two. We've been able to identify previously unknown attacks within seconds rather than minutes/hours when compared to traditional systems currently being utilised across many organisations worldwide. This allows quicker deployment into production environments without any negative impact. Also saves costs because they only spend money solving real problems and not chasing false positives.
