The support team is always willing to help, they are very friendly! I like that you can add your own code or use their existing system (which we did). It's not perfect though - it sometimes takes some time before results show up in our stats page even if there was activity after adding new content/code as soon an possible when uploading files by FTP / cPanel etc.. We were looking at other services but none of them had such great customer service AND quality codes ready made which makes coding easy too so no need learning from scratch again :) Great product with good prices!! And amazing Support Team who helped us every step along way until final launch! I like that they have many different options to choose from, and can customize them to fit your needs. There are some features that don't work as well as others, but overall it is a great tool! It has really helped us keep track of our visitors and where they're coming from. We use it to see which pages get the most traffic, so we know what content to create in order to attract more people.
